| Plastics Tape
All of our double coated / double sided tapes, except the Maxi-Bond products are readily available in longer lengths for extruders, reducing roll changeover. Also, there is no extra charge for custom slit rolls, or die cut parts for fabricators. The acrylic adhesive incorporated on these tapes is plasticizer resistant, and temperature resistant yet cost no more that comparable rubber based adhesive tapes. Plastic Extruders
727XL: Extended liner on .5 mil Mylar tape with acrylic adhesive coated both sides. Machine length rolls available for reduced roll change-over. Adhesive has excellent aging properties, and good high temperature resistance of 220 F. Good plasticizer resistance Choice of printed, or unprinted liner.
729XL: Extended liner on a tissue carrier. Same acrylic adhesive as 727XL.
728: Double coated .5 mil Mylar tape coated both sides with an aggressive rubber based adhesive. Immediate strong bond to most plastics, metals, and wood.
4100 Series Foam Tape: White or black double coated foam tape featuring an acrylic adhesive recommended for outdoor, or indoor applications. Good plasticizer resistance, and excellent temperature range. Rolls available up to 1,000 ft. long. 4132 = 1/32” ; 4116 = 1/16” ; 4108 = 1/8”
 MAXI-BOND Acrylic Foam Tape: Acrylic foam with acrylic adhesive tape coated both sides is the strongest foam tape available, and meets manufacturers specifications at Volvo, VW, and KIA. Applications include body side molding & trim, logo & nameplate attachment. Choose from CLEAR, WHITE, and GRAY. Thickness: 30 mils, 45 mils, 60 mils.
Plastic Fabricators & Molders
990: Heavy duty 7 mil double coated clear Mylar tape with very aggressive acrylic adhesive coated both sides. High strength for attaching plaques, nameplates, etc
333: Permanent adhesive on exposed side, and removable adhesive on liner side of a .5 mil Mylar tape. Applications include window sale signs, hold down tape for engraving,and other temporary fastening applications. Removes without leaving a residue.
519: Double coated paper tape with natural rubber adhesive. Used primarily for temporary hold down applications, and golf grip tape.
1062: 1/16” gray or black, closed cell PVC foam tape - 9 lb. to 15 lb. density. Excellent for sealing, and cushioning, and vibration absorbing applications, including marine use.
1125: 1/8” gray or black, closed cell PVC foam tape. Same properties as above.
1188: 3/16” gray or black, closed cell PVC foam tape. Same properties as above.
